What you'll do
Celebrate the flavours of the season with a vibrant picnic-inspired menu perfect for warm days and outdoor gatherings. Join Chef Christina Muzzi for this relaxed culinary demonstration as she shares fresh, colourful recipes designed for effortless spring and summer entertaining. Guests will be welcomed with a Strawberry Lemon Mocktail and Green Goddess Fresh Rolls before watching Christina prepare Whipped Ricotta and Roasted Red Pepper Dip with Pita Chips, Crispy Artichoke and Lemon Pasta Salad, Mini Shrimp Po Boy Sandwiches and Crispy Feta Caprese Skewers. To finish on a sweet note, enjoy white Chocolate Raspberry Blondies and Berries and Cream Croissants. Guests will sample the dishes family-style at the end of the class while gathering inspiration for their own sunny-day picnics.
